I have been Coaching for many years now and I understand the difference between being client and coach, they are two completely different games. I've walked in the shoes of a Physique & Transformation Athlete for the last 20 years so I know the game inside out.

I specifically work with Extreme Male Physique Transformations & Physique Athletes as these are the areas of my expertise and where I can excel with you the most.

I've had many successes as a Men's Physique athlete winning my own shows also.
